Our Modus Operandi
There are 3 steps to our method with a variation of the 3rd step if we work as an entrepreneur consultant.

1. We listen and try to understand the needs
2. We work close in a literal sense with our partners, we need to understand every step of what we need to improve
3. (a)We take ownership of the change, we run the implementation, we will champion the change to all parties, and we will be there the next day to follow up.

     3. (b) If we come onboard as a Mentor – Consultant we will act as one, we will be a trusted No2, we will make sure your decision is of the mentee we will support and provide solutions, we will follow up but it is important the for the entrepreneur to own their business by owning every step and every decision.
